Cheat Mountain Club - Rates and Policies

Rates and Check In/Check Out

The following rates apply to full-lodge rentals:

Individual Nights $800 per night
Full Week - $4,800

Check in time is 4:00 PM
Check out is 12:00 PM

Please let us know if you would like to make other arrangements for check in and check out.

Security Deposit and Refunds

A 50% deposit is required for a guaranteed reservation. A guaranteed reservation must be cancelled at least thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date. With 30 days notice a deposit will be refunded less a $50.00 processing fee. If written notice of cancellation is not provided at least 30 days prior to arrival, the reservation deposit is non-refundable.

Meals

All meals served at CMC will be provided by the cook, or by Trails End Catering.

The cook’s rates are as follows:

Per Hour Charge: $10.00.

Assistant(s) Per Hour Charge: $8.00. (Needed for groups of 10 or more.)

The cook will provide food according to your preferences and budget. Her menus range from fabulous home-cooked fare,
to an assortment of fine dining options.

(Please note that the cook charges $10 per hour for time spent traveling and purchasing groceries –
generally a 3-hour process.

If the cook is unavailable, Trails End Catering offers a wide range of gourmet dining experiences. In the event that the cook is unavailable, we will put you in touch with Shannon at Trails End to make alternate arrangements.

Cleaning Service

A $150.00 Cleaning Fee is charged for all linen rentals and services, and for general housekeeping (cleaning floors, removing trash, etc.) The Lodge and its furnishings should be left neatly and in order. The Cleaning Fee will be included in the total payable to Grace.

Tips

Gratuity is not included.

Alcohol

Cheat Mountain Club does not provide beer, wine, or spirits. However, you may bring your own alcohol.

Payment

We do not accept credit cards.

We ask that you write three checks: one for lodging, one for service, and one for grocery reimbursement. If any of your
meals are handled by Trails End Catering, you will pay Trails End directly.
